After Ankita Lokhande, Sushant’s close friend Mahesh Shetty and filmaker Mukesh Chhabra joined the #PlantsForSSR movement initiated by the late actor’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti. Both took to social media to share pictures of themselves planting trees at unknown location locations in the memory of the late actor with the #PlantsForSSR.
Mukesh captioned his post, “Bhai ❤️ #plant4ssr #plants4ssr #❤️” and Mahesh Shetty penned down an emotional note, “Neem has been used traditionally to remove negativity and for healing. Taking baby steps but trying to do all I can to make your dreams come true bhai !!! #plant4ssr #plants4ssr #plantmoretrees”
Earlier, Ankita Lokhande was seen participating in the tree-planting movement as she put up pictures on social media along with her pet Labrador, Hatchi on social media. Her post read, “Hatchi and mamma My partner In almost everything Planting plants It’s our way to remember him by fulfilling his dream #plants4SSR @shwetasinghkirt @jainvick @vikirti @_mallika_singh”
Sushant Singh Rajput’s US-based sister Shweta started the #PlantsForSSR campaign on social media to urge the actor’s fans, friends and loved ones to support Sushant’s dream of planting 1000 trees as mentioned in his goal journal.
