Recently, New Zealand, has been declared covid-free and the country is ready to roll up the shutters and re-open its theatres on June 25.

Sharing the film’s poster, Rohit shared the excitement with his caption that read, “New Zealand decides to re-release Golmaal Again in theatres ,aking it the First Hindi Film to get relaunch post covid. New Zealand is now covid free and is opening its theatres on 25^th June with Golmaal Again. As it is rightly said- THE SHOW MUST GO ON.”

Meanwhile, actor Arshad Warsi hinted in an interview with Times of India saying that Golmaal 5 is in the making. He said, “I know that Rohit Shetty wants to make it, and hopefully, he will. For us, listening to the script is a formality and we do it for fun. It’s super fun to sit together and read a script like that. So, I guess the film will happen, though we don’t know when, where and how yet.”

The song has been trending in the internet as the actor urges his fans to sit back and “pause, reflect and pray.” The video features Ajay Devgn who has also produced it. The 4-minute video begins with, “Khoob thaka tu apno ki wajah, apno ke liye thahar ja.”

Speaking to Bombay Times, the actor said, “Everyone, who was part of this, worked on it from their own homes. Given that I didn’t have a team to shoot it, I asked my son, Yug, if he wanted to be a part of it as my assistant director. When we shot it, all through the day he was working with me and running around the house. He was excited to see his name in the credits.”

The song has been written by Anil Verma and sung by Mehul Vyas. Through this song, Ajay urges his fans to slow down and stay home for the safety of their loved ones, in the wake of this ongoing corona virus pandemic.

In this current pandemic situation, the health care professionals, policemen and all other emergency service providers are continuing sleepless nights to help the nation come out of the crisis. Amidst all these, the Bollywood celebrities are praising and boosting the morals of these warriors by sending their notes of gratitude. Amongst them is the Khiladi Kumar who has been actively appreciating and boosting the coronavirus fighters through his posts and videos.

Today, Akshay has come out with a new song, ‘Teri Mitti,’ dedicated to the coronavirus warriors who have been putting their life at risk for the benefit of the mankind. The song shows the glimpses of doctors, policemen, drivers and others who have been standing as a shield between the deadly virus and the people’s life. The song sends goosebumps as the lyrics goes, ‘Sarhad pe jo wardi khaki thi ab uska rang safed hua.”

The video also shows the footages of attacks on the doctors who were injured during their visit for sample collection in some towns. The overall video is an amalgamation of several popular pictures and footages captured during this COVID-19 crisis.

The video ends with Akshay Kumar’s words, “Suna tha doctors bhagwan ka roop hote hai. Lekin aaj aisa lagta hai ki coronavirus se ladne ke is chunoti ki ghadiyon mein, bhagwan ne he doctors ka roop le liya hai (We heard doctors were the incarnations of God but now in this challenging situation, it seems the God has taken the form of doctors.)

The original song is from the movie ‘Kesari’ starring Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra.  

Oberoi Springs, Vicky Kaushal’s housing complex in Andheri, has been partially sealed at the moment after an 11-year-old was tested positive for coronavirus. She is the daughter of a doctor residing in the C-wing of the complex.

The complex also houses several other Bollywood actors like Chitrangada Singh and Chahatt Khanna, but it is still not clear if any of them belong to the same wing in Oberoi Springs.

Several other Bollywood celebrities like Ahmed Khan, Sapna Mukherji and Sudhanshu Pandey are also staying at Oberoi Springs. It was reported that, a few days ago Bollywood actor Seema Pandey’s building in Andheri has been sealed as well.

Similar restrictions have been imposed in TV actor Sonalika Joshi’s building, Tanmay Vekaria’s Kandivali resident and Aahana Kumar’s complex.

BMC has reportedly sanitized the entire complex and the residents are now taking extra measures to keep the coronavirus spread under control. But it is still not sure if the entire Oberoi Springs is sealed or just the particular wing.

Recently, the Bollywood actor, Sonu Sood also extended a helping hand by offering his Juhu Hotel for the health care workers looking after the COVID-19 positive patients. The actor revealed that he has offered his hotel in Mumbai for the medical professionals to stay, as a gesture of gratefulness during this crisis. “In this tough time that we have been living and to support the national heroes who have been working tirelessly day and night, I open my hotel in Juhu for all healthcare workers. Considering the mammoth duty these heroes are doing right now, this is the least we can do for them. We are all in this together, let’s all come forward and support them,” he said in a statement on Instagram.

News Agency PTI reported that in another statement, Sonu said, “It’s my honour to be able to do my bit for the doctors, nurses and para medical staff of our country who have been working day and night to save the lives of millions in the country. I’m really happy to open my hotel to these real time heroes.”

Bollywood celebrities have generously come forward for donations for the coronavirus relief fund initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
