Veteran actress Neena Gupta took to Instagram to share a heartwarming moment with her granddaughter, marking her first photo with the newborn. The October 14, 2024 post showcased Neena lovingly holding the baby, who was cozily wrapped in a blanket. While the baby’s face remained hidden, a small blue and white cap was the only visible detail, adding a touch of mystery and intimacy to the image. Neena herself donned a stylish white outfit and dark sunglasses, capturing an effortlessly chic look. Their relationship blossomed on the set of the Netflix series “Masaba Masaba,” a semi-autobiographical show based on Masaba’s life. Ajay Devgn, dressed in a police uniform, and director Rohit Shetty spent time with soldiers at the border, as shown in snapshots and videos shared by the SSB on X. Devgn, who had come straight from the film’s shoot, has been widely appreciated online for his interaction with the troops.

In other news, Arjun Kapoor has completed his filming for “Singham Again.” He shared a photo on Instagram with Rohit Shetty, expressing his excitement about wrapping up his part. Kapoor described the film as one of the best in his career and expressed his gratitude towards the franchise, saying, “I feel blessed to be part of one of the most entertaining franchises in Indian cinema. I can’t wait to see our film in theaters.”

“Singham Again” is the third installment in the “Singham” franchise. Besides Ajay Devgn, the film features Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor, and Arjun Kapoor in significant roles. The movie is set to release in theaters on August 15th this year.

Ayushmann Khurrana has made his debut as a sperm donor in ‘Vicky Donor’ and soon went on to depict a blind man in ‘Andhadhun’, a man suffering from erectile dysfunction in ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’, a gay man in ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’, and a bald man in ‘Bala’. He had also collected praises for his performances in ‘Dum Laga ke Haisha’, ‘Bareilly ki Barfi’, ‘Article 15’ and ‘Dream Girl.’

The actor has deleted all his posts on the Facebook-owned platform, except one from November 9, 2018, where he has lit candles and written a lengthy note.

A few days back, Gaurav had spoken about his mother’s health and said, “My mother had been battling advanced stage pancreatic cancer for the past three years. Almost miraculously, she emerged stronger from it, and was doing okay. However, over the past few months, she had not been keeping well and was hospitalized.”

The actor had also said that his parents were battling with COVID-19 at different hospitals in Delhi.

Ankita Lokhande had been devastated at the news of the demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. After being silent for some time, she has actively came out to support for ‘Justice For Sushant’. After the untimely demise of Sushant on June 14, Ankita shared couple of posts on her Instagram handle demanding justice for him. Well, even Captain America is all impressed with the heroic act of the little one. And guess what? Chris Evans is sending a real Captain America shield to the young boy for saving his sister from the brutal attack that took place on July 9.

Evans sent a video message to Bridger, whose aunt Nicole Walker shared the video on Instagram.

In the message, Evans dons his best Cap’ voice and told Bridger, “I read your story, I saw what you did. I’m sure you’ve heard a lot of this over the last couple of days but let me be the next one to tell you. Pal, you’re a hero, what you did was so brave, so selfless- your sister is so lucky to have you as a big brother. Your parents must be so proud of you.”

Evans then told Bridger, “I’m going to track down your address and I’m going to send you an authentic Captain America shield because pal, you deserve it.”

“Keep being the man you are. We need people like you. Hang in there, I know recovery might be tough, but based on of what I’ve seen, I don’t think there is much that can slow you down. Bye, buddy.”

Walker told the story of Bridger’s heroic act on July 9^th on her Instagram, writing, “My nephew is a hero who saved his little sister from an attacking dog. He himself, took on the attack so that the dog wouldn’t get his sister.”

“He later said, “If someone was going to die, I thought it should be me.” He got home from the hospital last night. I know it’s a long shot, but I’m reaching out to the Avengers and other heroes so that they can learn about this latest addition to their ranks.”

In another post, Walker wrote, “After receiving 90 stiches (give or take) from a skilled plastic surgeon, he’s finally resting at home. We love our brave boy and want all the other superheroes to know about this latest hero who joined their ranks.”

Evans isn’t the only Avenger who reached out to Bridge. Bruce Banner actor Mark Ruffalo left a lengthy comment on one of Walker’s Instagram posts of Bridger, “Dear Bridger, I just read about what happened to you and I wanted to reach out to say this… People who put the well beings of others in front of themselves are the most heroic and thoughtful people I know.”

He continued, “I truly respect and admire your courage and your heart. Real courage isn’t dominating people or fighting against people or walking around like a tough guy. Real courage is knowing what is right to do and doing it even when it might end up hurting you somehow. You are more of man than many, many I have seen or known. With Admiration… Mark Ruffalo (Bruce Banner/Hulk/Professor).”

Spider Man actor Tom Holland chatted on the phone to Bridger, while Hawkeye actor Jeremy Renner commented, “The first Avenger. What fortitude and heart.”

The throwback pictures of the actor has been doing rounds on the social media. In the post shared by Ali Fazal, he uploaded an old picture with his mother where he is sitting next to her. He also uploaded a couple of solo pictures of his mother and a solo picture of himself.

Recently, the post took a storming response as Ali Fazal shared pictures from his dubbing session of Mirzapur Season 2. He posted a bunch of pictures where he was seen dubbing for his character’s part from his home using a piece of kitchen equipment. On the professional front, Ali Fazal will reportedly be seen along with Richa Chadha in the third franchise of the hit film, Fukrey. According to a media portal, the makers of the film, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani are currently working on the scripting stage of the upcoming movie. Soon, the real-life couple will be seen on the silver screen.

 She shared a black and white selfie where she was done with her workout session but what caught the attention was the note that read, “Been a strange couple of days… Felt great yesterday but today not so much… I didn’t even want to workout today but still did it. The story will narrate real-life events of the Indian financial market between 1990 and 2000 and will be directed by Kookie Gulati.  

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput tied the knot on July 7, 2015, in a private ceremony and since then, the fans couldn’t get over seeing the lovely couples all in love with each other. The duo became the proud parents of baby girl Misha on august 26, 2016. They soon welcomed their second child, a baby boy on September 5, 2018, and they named him Zain.

Recently, on July 7, the couple completed five years of togetherness. And on this special occasion, Mira shared a picture from her wedding on her Instagram handle where both could be seen seeking the blessings of God.

She also shared another picture with Shahid and wrote a beautiful caption upon completing five years with him. She wrote, “There’s nobody I’d rather be on this journey called life than you my love. I fall in love with you more every day. And I’m the luckiest girl in the world to have the love of my life be my best friend. Thank you for everything, for being my strength and for walking through everything together, hand in hand. I love you (sic).”

On the work front, Shahid was last seen in Kabir Singh which did excellently in the box office. As of now,  Shahid will be seen in the Hindi remake of Telugu film Jersey, which is the story of a cricketer and how he battles the politics within the game and his inner demons. The film is all set to release on August 28, 2020.
