The abrupt demise of Baba Siddiqui led director Rohit Shetty and actor Ajay Devgn to decide it would be inappropriate to proceed with the shoot. They felt requesting Khan’s presence during such a period would be inconsiderate. As the film was nearing its deadline for submission to the censors, they made the tough call to exclude Khan’s appearance altogether in the final cut.

There’s talk of a potential backshot featuring Chulbul Pandey in the post-credits—a tantalizing promise for fans that remains uncertain until the film’s release.
