Salman Khan charged for allegedly misbehaving with a journalist
Salman Khan, the Bollywood Superstar, freshly landed in a legal trouble adding to his long list. The actor has had several legal problems over the years and it seems that his problem with the law continues to continue.
According to a tweet from ANI, a summon under section IPC sections 504 and 506 has been issued against the Bollywood superstar and his bodyguard by Andheri Metropolitan Court after an official complaint filed by a journalist Ashok Pandey for allegedly misbehaving with him. Salman has been asked to appear before the court on April 5th.
As per reports, the journalist in his complaint has mentioned that Salman Khan and his bodyguard had assaulted him and snatched his phone when he tried to film him on April 24, 2019. Ashok Pandey also mentioned that he took Khan’s approval before taking the video. Ashok Pandey also mentioned that he had a verbal clash with Khan. Further, it is also known from the counsel of Salman Khan that, The Rajasthan High Court, gave permission to transfer two petitions to it from the Jodhpur District and Sessions court in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case in which actor Salman Khan is an accused. Hearing of these two petitions will now take place in the high court along with the one already pending before it.
