The official trailer of Death On The Nile was released on Wednesday and is streaming on YouTube and the Indian fans can’t keep calm seeing Ali Fazal and Gal Gadot together in the film.
The movie is directed by Kenneth Branagh where we see him return as the ace detective Hercule Poirot, who is onboard to solve the mystery. It is based on the famous mystery writer Agatha Christie’s 1937’s best-selling novel of the same name. The trailer looks lavish and the cinematography is breathtaking. We can also see some great chemistry between Gal Gadot and Tom Bateman. The music is also great.
Ali Fazal, who is one of the suspects in the murder, makes every second of his brief appearance in the trailer count. The film is about a series of murders onboard a Nile cruise boat and the trailer keeps the sense of mystery intact. Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot is seen as Linnet Doyle, the murder victim. Armie Hammer stars as her husband Simon Doyle.
Besides Ali Fazal, Tom Bateman, Annette Being, Russel Brand, Dawn French, Rose Leslie, Sophie Okonedo, Jennifer Saunders and Letitia Wright, are among the suspects on the cruise.
After the disaster of Artemis Fowl, the actor-director has to redeem himself with this flick. Ali Fazal looks very suave and we will root to him.
Death On The Nile s slated to release on October 23 this year. This will be one of the major international pictures to see a global release amid the coronavirus pandemic. This will be Kenneth Branagh’s second outing as Hercule Poirot after 2017’s ‘Murder On The Orient Express’, which was also an adaptation of Agatha Christie’s classic novel of the same name.
Ali Fazal has been a part of international projects in the past. He had starred in the 2017 biographical comedy-drama ‘Victoria And Abdul’, in which he shared screen space with Judi Dench. Ali Fazal also had a cameo appearance in Furious 7.
