Actor Ayushmann Khurrana is the proud recipient of a National Award with multiple Rs.100 crore films to his credit. And he has worked really hard to reach where he is today. Before entering Bollywood, he participated in and won the second season of the popular reality show Roadies. He was a 20 years old Journalism student at that time.
Recently, a video of Ayushman’s audition has surfaced online where he is seen being grilled by the former host Raghu Ram. In the video, a bespectacled Ayushmann says that he deserves to be in Roadies because he brings an ‘entertainment factor’ with him. However, Raghu is unimpressed and says, “Aapka put on charm, aapka smile, aapka baat karne ka tareeka, it’s not you (This put on charm, the smile and the way of speaking is not you)”, to which Ayushmann remarks that he is an actor, after all.
Raghu then tells Ayushmann that Roadies is not the place for him to display his acting skills. “I am not interested in your acting. This is a reality show. You are not playing a character. You are Ayushmann,” he says.
When Ayushmann says that his cheerful persona is, in fact, real, Raghu exclaims, “You are really like this? May god help us!

Ayushmann made his bollywood debut in 2012 with Vicky Donor and since then he has never looked back. He was last seen in Shubh Mangal Jyada Saavdhaan, which received a lot of praises from audiences and positive reviews from critics.
