Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed to the citizens to light diyas, candles, flash lights and torches to show the solidarity of the Indians in the fight against the corona virus. Along with the common public, the Bollywood stars also showed up at their balconies to light the diyas and candles at 9 pm for 9 minutes.
The fight against the pandemic is going on. Akshay Kumar, Hema Malini, Taapsee Pannu, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Ananya Pandey, Kriti Sanon, Kiara Advani along with other celebrities showed up at their windows and balconies to express that we are all together in this tough phase of our life and that we stand together for each other.
