Sushant Singh Rajput, who passed away on June 14 has sent pangs of chill through everyone’s spine lately. The star is missed by his fans dearly, who have decided to keep his life and journey immortal through various means.
Similarly, Shamik Maulik and producer Vijay Shekhar Gupta has confirmed that a film will be made on Sushant Singh Rajput’s life and career. They have titled the movie as ‘Suicide or Murder? – A star was lost.
While speaking to Indian Express, Gupta said that Sushant’s death shocked everyone, but it is not new. He added that many actors come to chase their dreams in the film industry, but when they face the cruelty, some of them end their lives.
Gupta has also confirmed that the film is not Sushant’s biopic, but is inspired by his life and work. “We are writing the script. It will be based on thorough research of the star’s life, and we will be talking to a lot of other actors who are considered ‘outsiders’ in the industry,” he added.
Gupta has also informed that star kids will not be a part of this movie and they will be working with a rising star. The shooting of the film is expected to commence in a few months.
