Sushant Singh Rajput case: Subramanian Swamy says AIIMS post-mortem report cannot say if it was a suicide or murder as they do not have the late actor’s body

Subramanian Swamy has been actively raising questions and pointing out at facts on Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. He recently tweeted again questioning the authenticity of the yet-to-come AIIMS postmortem report. According to his tweet, some police officers briefed the media personnel that the AIIMS report will clearly state if it was a murder or a suicide. To this, Swamy points out to the fact that they do not have the late actor’s body just like in the case of Sunanda Pushkar

The preliminary postmortem report of Sushant Singh Rajput’s body had stated it as death due to suicide. Also, no suicide note was found in his Mumbai apartment where his body was found hanging from a ceiling fan under mysterious circumstances on June 14th.
His case is currently being probed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
