Bollywood actress, Deepika Padukone has been actively seen working as a mental health activist for the mental well-being of the people. The Chhapak actress recently announced that she will be teaming up with Dr. Tedros, Director General of World Health Organization (WHO) to discuss the importance of mental health amidst the coronavirus crisis. The actress has revealed that she will be going live with Dr. Tedros on 23rd April at 7 p.m.
However, the fans seem to be disappointed with Deepika. As soon as the news was posted, fans were unhappy with Deepika collaborating with Dr. Tedros. Some even went on to say that they lost respect for the actress and won’t watch her films anymore.
Deepika has been recently criticized for the JNU issue and now it seems she has again invited some trouble for her.
Meanwhile, the actress was last seen in Meghna Gulzar’s ‘Chhapaak.’ Her next movie ‘83’ opposite Ranveer Singh was slated for release but right now is at hold due to the nation-wide lock down. She will be next featuring in Shakun Batra’s upcoming film with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Pandey. She will also be seen in the Hindi remake of Hollywood drama ‘The Intern’ starring Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway.
