Now, the Twitteratis are demanding Bharat Ratna for Akshay and Sonu for their work and contribution during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sonu Sood gained limelight after the actor took the initiative to send helpless and poor migrants back to their hometown by arranging transport facilities for them. He also opened the doors of his hotel in Mumbai for the Police and other people who are battling against the pandemic at the forefront.
Akshay Kumar was among the first few actors who made contributions to the PM Fund. He contributed an amount of Rs. 25 crores.
