Kartik Aaryan has been continuously entertaining fans through social media during lockdown. However one of his posts has landed him in trouble. Last week, Kartik posted a video of him eating a badly made roti and jokingly punishing his sister for it, he had captioned the post, “No compromise on quality”. After facing backlash on social media, Kartik seems to have deleted the post.
One of his follower tweeted, “Acting in misogynistic film is one thing, bhai ye ab khud aise scripting aur directing bhi kar rahe hai?
Another user tweeted, “Idiotic .. someone should tell him since he is too dumb to understand that a lot of responsible Film industry members have put out a message against domestic violence and this is NOT FUNNY . But then who are we taking to …”
Earlier, Kartik was applauded for his monologue video in wake of the Coronavirus outbreak, which also earned praise from PM Narendra Modi. Check the video here:
Kartik has also been recording a series ‘Koki Puchega’ wherein he interacts with coronavirus warriors- doctors, nurses, policemen, and survivors.
