On the professional front, the director cum producer is working on his next magnum opus ‘Takht‘ which is a period drama. The film stars an ensemble including Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Janhvi Kapoor.
