The entire country in deeply sad with the sudden demise of the Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput. They fans of Bollywood recently mourned for the death of other Bollywood stars too. But, this time, it is different. Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has caused a rage among his fans and people on social media who have blamed a section of Bollywood for being partial towards talented outside actors and incessant nepotism. Karan Johar, who as being tagged as ‘the flag-bearer of nepotism’ has faced brutual brunt for being ‘the Bollywood mafia’ as said by Kankana Ranaut.
Now, following the backlashes, millions of his followers unfollowed him on social media. Interestingly, Karan Johar too mysteriously unfollowed certain accounts he was initially following on Twitter. He is currently following only four accounts which includes, Akshay Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and PM Narendra Modi along with his official account of his production house.
Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide by hanging himself in his Mumbai apartment. There were no suicide note found as such and his post-mortem report confirmed him of dying due to asphyxia due to hanging, yet, the Mumbai police are currently investigating the professional rivalry angle.
As of now, an FIR has been filed against Karan Johar along with Salman Khan, Ekta Kapoor, Sajid Nadiadwala and Sanjay Leela Bhansali in Bihar for banning Sushant Singh Rajput and driving him towards suicide.
On the work front, Sushant will be seen for the last time in Mukhesh Chhabra’s ‘Dil Bechara’ with Sanjana Sanghi. He was reportedly ready to collaborate with Rhea Chakraborty for Rumy Jafry’s upcoming romantic comedy.
