Dil Bechara: Fans celebrate Sushant Singh Rajput’s legacy with an IMDb rating of 10

It’s hardly being 3 hours that Dil Bechara has premiered on DisneyPlusHotstar, and fans oof Sushant Singh Rajput has began sharing their reactions of the film, his last ever, but probably with a history created.

Dil Bechara was among the country’s top trends and within minutes of the release, the film’s IMDb rating climbed to 10 based on over 1048 ratings. Yes, you read it right, its 10/10. The fans shared their thoughts about the film, as they watched it unfold. While some expressed joy while watching  Sushant making his ‘entry’ one last time, others were moved by the special tribute that the filmmakers have paid him.

Sushant’s smile and his mesmerizing eyes told everything it could while the movie was just like him, full of life and zeal. The movie is surely going to keep you engrossed.

The film opened with a tribute to Sushant, in which the actor can be seen playing the guitar, with a quote by him written on the screen: “Perhaps the difference between what is miserable, and that which is spectacular, lies in the leap of faith.” And at the end of the film, a montage of behind-the-scenes pictures from the film’s shoot are shown and a message follws: “You will always be missed.”

The film is an adaptation of John Green 2012 novel, ‘The Fault in our Stars.’ The story is of a young girl with cancer and the charismatic boy who she meets while undergoing treatment. The book was previously adapted into a hit Hollywood film, directed by Josh Boone, starring Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort in the lead roles.

Sushant played the role of Immanuel Rajkumar Junior, also known as Manny, while Sanjana Sanghi plays the role of Kizie Basu. The movie is directed by Mukhesh Chhabra and this movie is also his directorial debut while the sound track is by none other than Oscar-winner AR Rahman.
