On Saturday, Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh had filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and four of her family members at Patna Police station in Sushant’s death case.
The FIR was filed under Sections 341, 342, 380, 406,420, 306 and 120 (B) of the IPC. Sushant’s father has made a serious charge against Rhea and her family which includes Indrajit Chakraborty, Sandhya Chakraborty, Shruti Modi, Showik Chakraborty and others . He has alleged that she had kept Sushant away from his family and completely in her possession. She was also handling his bank account. It was also reported that crores of rupees were withdrawn from his bank account.
Now, actor Rhea Chakraborty approached the Supreme Court on Wednesday, seeking transfer of probe from Patna to Mumbai into the criminal offence, or FIR, lodged against her and others for allegedly abetting the suicide of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra house on June 14.
